When it comes to the implementation of modernised digital systems for administrative tasks, it is well known that the healthcare industry in Australia is being left behind by other industries and regions. Driven by a passion for workplace efficiency and the desire to bring modern digital technology and its many benefits into the healthcare industry, Geoffrey and Renee founded Connect Flow Australia (CFA). As the Product Development Manager, Alexander is passionate in solution design and identifying opportunities to improve our systems to meet our customers' needs.

CFA aims to develop a secure and intuitive workplace solution that will connect all healthcare providers and their patients with a view to improve the current communication methods. We strongly believe that removing inefficiencies in tasks such as the transmittal of prescriptions would provide relief to an industry that is time and resources poor all while accelerating the patient’s health outcome, benefiting all involved.

 

As we are in development, we would love to get in touch with medical staff (General Practitioners, nurses, receptionists and practice managers), pharmacists and patients to understand the current processes and potential problems being experienced with issuing or receiving prescriptions.
